About ORPL oil:
Apply a drop of this oil to affected scalp (One drop one inch area of scalp) daily at night.
For Better Results:
1. Stimulate the scalp before application of oils by lifting the scalp from skull with fingertips.
2. Gently massage after application.
3. Use pressure points to increase circulation and lymphatic drainage. Such points are - base of the skull, nape of the neck, behind the ears, jaw angle, both temples temples (End of eyebrows), front hair line.
4. After application, do following neck exercise:
Bend neck, front and back - 8 times times each
Bend neck, side ways - 8 times each
Rotate neck, side ways - 8 times each
Lift and rotate shoulders - 8 times
5. Close eyes and deep breath for 40 breaths.
6. Use Nasya Oil for Nasya at night. Dip you little finger in Nasya oil and rotate this finger in your nostril. Repeat the same iwth other little finger in other nostril. This application of Nasya oil inside the nose stimulates hair growth according to Ayurveda.

General Methods of Using Essential Oils: 

1.  Vaporization:Take a diffuser; put 3-4 drops (without carrier oil) of either single or a mixture of essential oils on the diffuser (Burner).

2.  Steam Inhalation: Take some steaming water in a bowl or use a steamer, add 3 drops of essential oils (without carrier oil) and add to water for steam inhalation keeping your eyes closed.

3.  On Tissues: Put 2 drops of essential oils (without carrier oil) on the tissues and sniff regularly or you could place it near your pillow.

4.  Bath: Bathing with essential oils is an amazing experience. It is relaxing and also relieves aches, pain and skin problems. If you do not have bath tub, add a few drops of oils in the bucket of water and take a bath with it. The molecules of oils are absorbed by skin and through the lungs, wherein it goes directly into the blood stream.

5.  Massage: Massage is useful in case of relaxation, insomnia, stress, aches etc. It is not necessary to have your whole body massage. For e.g. the abdomen in case of gas and colic or legs when they are tired and paining. A back massage at bedtime is extremely beneficial to comfort and relax you to a good night sleep.  Take 1-2 teaspoon of carrier oil or moisturizing lotion, add 4-8 drops of single oil or blend of the essential oils as per your choice and massage your body.

6.  Hair Treatment:  For head massage, take 3 drops of essential oils and add to 5 ml of the carrier oil. Make partings in your hair and apply on scalp, not forgetting the ends of the hair. Keep the oil for at least 30 minutes before washing. You could also add 2-3 drops of the oils to your shampoo for a single wash.

7.  Additional uses: The essential oils can also be added in an appropriate proportion to any cleanser, cream, lotion, scrub or mask.

Some Precautions before using Essential oils:

1.   Never use essential oils without dilutions; the ratio of dilution should be 1-3% of essential oil to the base oil. That is approximately 25 drops of essential oil in 50ml of base oil should be used.

2.   Essential Oils are for the use of adults only unless specified otherwise. These oils are for external use only.

3.   Some people are sensitive to some essential oils and are necessary that you should do a patch test to check for any reaction. Take a drop or two of the blend and apply on wrist or behind the ear and wait for at least 30 minutes. If skin shows any redness, itching or irritation, you should avoid the use of these oils.

4.   Please store the bottle firmly capped and in dark and safe place away from children.

5.   Do not use essential oils in Pregnancy.

6.   In case of any doubt, please consult professional Aroma Therapist on what the correct method of usage etc.
