Pros:
Very nice item, very bright/shimmery colors and easy to use. You don't have to be an expert to create nice things with this palette. I like it that there is a mix of shimmery colors, but also matte colors. It came really well packaged and none of the colors were broken. A big plus for that.
Cons:
You do have to be careful not to let it fall or bump into something, there is a chance that some colors might break.

Pros:
I loved the way it is put and how easy it is to open and slide. The box was fully bubbled wrapped and it had fragile sticker and none were broken. The price is way better than anywhere else!!!!! Plus the communication was great love this site :)
