Very Large Art Nouveau Vase Figural c.1900 Description: This beautiful vase is made in a distinctive Art Nouveau style common in France and Belgium around 1900-1910. It is large and heavy with the body decorated with floral motives and beautiful figure of a young lady designed in very special Art Nouveau manner. Very elegant and stylish scluptured work of art! The vase is made of some soft ceramics or gypsum that was painted with some sort of lacquer. The vase is in a very good shape with only minimal wear and no damage. I think the paintings was largely restored by there is absolutely no damage to the body - no chips or cracks. It is VERY large and impressive and stays 22" tall - goes up to the mid-thigh from the floor. Please note - this is not a replica or fake - the is the real object from 1900 - 1910.
