| Description:
Beautiful solid silver dessert spoon from Imperial Russia period. Very beautiful design in Art Nouveau style - or "Northern Modern" style as it was called in Russia. Manufactured by Aleksandra Yagunova - a prominent Russian silversmith and one of the very few women in this craft. She was running her shop from 1886 till 1908. This spoon was made around 1905. Marked with 84 Russian silver purity mark, Moscow assay mark and maker's mark "A.Ya.", for Aleksandra Yagunova. Very good overall condition - see pictures. 8.5" long.
