Russian Imperial Engraved 84 Silver Spoon c.1850

Description: Very old silver teaspoon from Imperial Russia period. This "fiddle" type pattern is probably the most popular in the world and one of the oldest ones. Marked with 84 Russian silver purity mark, Moscow assay mark dated 1850 and maker's mark "GO", for Gustav Ockermann, a Moscow silversmith in mid- 19th century. Engraved with a monogram "I.K.". Good condition - some wear on the tip of the bowl. 6" long.
