THIS IS A PIECE OF THIN KNIT FABRIC LIKE A STRETCHY T-SHIRT. IT IS TUBULAR WITH NO SEAMS. IT IS 64" AROUND AND 60 INCHES LONG. THERE ARE TWO SMALL HOLES, ONE IN THE MIDDLE AND ONE ON ONE OF THE ENDS. THE COLORS ARE NICE AND BRIGHT.
