RCBS DEBURRING TOOL P/N: 09349 The RCBS Deburring Tool bevels and smooths .17 to .45 caliber case mouths for easler, more precise bullet seating. The "pointed" end is inserted into the case and turned to remove burrs and edge. The other end fits over the case mouth to remove exterior burrs left by trimming.
