To Use: Knight & Hale's revolutionary Hen House gives you the ability to create all types of hen sounds in various volume and tone levels simply by turning the dial on the bottom of the call. Turn the dial clockwise for a loud, raspy call; turn the dial counter-clockwise for a quieter, more-subtle sound. And, the striker included was selected specifically for this call by some of the best turkey callers in the business.

For best results, position the dial to the desired position, then hold the call away from your body and cup it between your index finger and thumb, leaving the remaining fingers under the call for support. Hold the striker as if you were writing with a pencil at a 20-degree angle. Position your index finger on the striker shaft for best control. Remember, it doesn't take a great deal of pressure to produce authentic turkey sounds, and that any call takes practice to produce the desired sound.

Yelp: Move striker in small, tight circles.

Tree Call: Same as the yelp, only softer and slower.

Cackle: Move striker in tight, very fast circles.

Cluck: Move striker very quickly, 1/4-inch in a straight line.

Cut: Same as the cluck, but in a very quick series.

Purr: Slowly slide the striker in a straight line about 1-inch.
