This one-handed operation allows you to keep on calling until the last second. Sound Chamber accents & directs sound. PURR- Slowly drag striker across the calling surface. Try dragging it in a straight line or an upside down "J" shape.  YELP- Quickly drag striker across the slate in a 1/2" to 1" oval shape. Repeat this movement for each yelp without removing the striker from the calling surface. CLUCK- With light pressure, quickly move striker 1/8" to 1/4" across the calling surface. CUTTING - With firm pressure, quickly move striker 1/8" to 1/4" across the calling surface and back without lifting the striker from the calling surface. Repeat the movement for each cut.
