​Vintage Cocktail Ring

Overview:

Ornate Art Deco era vintage cocktail ring (circa 1920s to 1930s), crafted in 14k yellow gold (with white gold accents). 

Centrally mounted faceted oval cut amethyst measuring 14mm x 12mm (estimated at 7.50 carats). Due to the age of the ring some wear is evident to the amethyst (light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).

The cocktail ring is in very good original condition.

Weight: 3.8 grams

Stones:  Centrally mounted faceted oval cut amethyst measuring 14mm x 12mm (estimated at 7.50 carats). Due to the age of the ring some wear is evident to the amethyst (light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 5 1/2 (sizable). The mount measures 18mm in diameter (0.86 inches), rising 10mm from the finger.

Metal & Hallmark: Solid 14 karat yellow gold. The ring is not hallmarked though it has tested positive for 14k gold.
