Overview: Finely detailed vintage ring, crafted in 14 karat yellow gold. The ring is made by Ostby & Barton, one of the most well known jewelry manufacturers of the period. The firm was founded in 1879 and ceased production around the 1950s. Sadly, Ostby perished aboard the Titanic whilst his elder daughter survived. Today, Ostby Barton jewelry is highly desired by collectors of fine vintage jewelry for the exquisite workmanship and history behind the company. The signet ring is inscribed. From what we can decipher the letter appears to be a G. The ring is in very good original condition. Some wear evident due to the age of the ring.
