Overview: Fine quality antique Victorian era (circa 1880s to 1900s) heart cocktail ring, crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Cabochon cut heart shaped amethyst measures 15mm x 15mm (estimated at 15 carats), accented with an estimated 0.75 carats of old mine cut diamonds (estimated at I color and SI2-I1 clarity). The amethyst is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips. Note: light surface abrasions to the amethyst (visible under a 10x loupe). The ring is in excellent condition.
