Elegant antique Victorian era ring (circa 1880s to 1900s), crafted in 10 karat rose gold. 

Cabochon cut opal is estimated at 0.10 carats, accented with two estimated 0.10 carat cabochon cut rubies (synthetic). Four 1mm seed pearls accent the mount.   

The ring is in very good condition.
