Cabochon cut heart shaped deep purple amethyst is estimated at 5.50 carats, accented with an estimated 0.22 carats of diamonds (estimated at H color and VS2-SI1 clarity). Peach hued enamel adorns the heart mount. The enamel and amethyst are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
