Finely detailed vintage heart pendant, crafted in 18 karat white gold. 

Cabochon cut heart shaped amethyst is estimated at 5 1/2 carats, accented with an estimated 0.22 carats of diamonds (estimated at H color and VS2-Si1 clarity). The amethyst is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.

The pendant is in excellent original condition.
