15 round brilliant diamonds total an estimated 0.45 carats (estimated at H color and SI1 clarity). The carved shell cameo measures 3 x 2 1/4 inches. The cameo is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.

Known in Greek mythology as The Three Graces, goddesses of beauty, charm and grace.

Can be worn as a pendant or a brooch.
