Elegant vintage large cocktail ring, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold. 

Faceted oval cut amethyst measures 23mm x 16mm (estimated at 20 carats), accented with an estimated 1.20 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds (estimated at G-H color and SI1 clarity). The amethyst is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
