Overview:

Elegant vintage cocktail ring (circa 1960s to 1970s), crafted in 14 karat yellow gold. 

Centrally mounted cabochon cut opal measures 12mm x 10mm (estimated at 5.50 carats). The opal is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips. Note: the photos did not pick up the vivid color flashes of red to green, yellow and orange.  

The ring is in excellent condition.

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 5 (sizable). The mount measures 14mm in length (0.55 inches) and 11mm wide (0.43 inches), rising 8.5mm from the finger.

Metal & Hallmark: Solid 14 karat yellow gold. The ring is hallmarked "k14".
