Faceted oval cut sapphire measures 7mm x 5mm (estimated at 0.70 carats), accented with an estimated 1.65 carats of marquise cut diamonds (estimated at G-H color and VS2 clarity). The sapphire is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
