Centrally mounted natural sapphire measuring 7.5mm x 6mm (estimated at 1.75 carats), accented with an estimated 0.34 carats of pear and round brilliant cut diamonds (estimated at I color and SI2 clarity). The sapphire is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
