Wales that land of mystery. Known a Cymry by its people it has managed to stand outside its British overlords. It is a land with a capital city, but no government, issues it's own stamps but not currency, flies its own flag but has no world embassies; indigenous in language it has none of its own laws. While a part of the entity of Great Britain it has managed to retain its personal independence. This is a great read.
