Spiral bound in good condition, with good cover. Text is clean and unmarked, binding tight, all spirals in place and no loose pages. Cover shows some slight signs of wear but over all good.
Smoke Rise is located in Morris County, New Jersey. The women group had put together this great cookbook as a fund raiser for the estate of the former Morris Kinney. Build as a large farm and estate with lakes, trails and wonderful nature preserve. He started in the late 1880's and the women's group today helps to maintain the property. Lots of great recipes local to the area. Liver Gasnitzel, Beef tongue with raisin sauce, apple cranberry pie, old fashion blueberry buckle etc.
