Please click on the "CUSTOM ORDER FORM" link below to access the Custom Order Form.  On this form, please indicate size, style, and fabric color scheme.  Once your order is received, an email will be sent within 48 hours to confirm your order.  We will also contact you if we need more information to create your item to the best of our ability.   Please acknowledge that these items are customized and handmade, so please allow a one week turn around for completion.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.  We thank you for your interest and are excited to receive your order.
