This beautiful ivory tutu dress is embellished with sparkling glitter and rhinestones all over the skirt of the dress.  The bodice is made from a crochet elastic material and is laced with a soft ribbon to tie around the neck.  This is a great outfit for photo props, special occasions and baby's 1st photos.
