Policies

Custom Orders:
All custom orders will have a turn around production time of 1 week from purchase date and confirmation of your special requests.  Custom orders will be shipped within 48 hours after confirmation of completion is sent.

In-Stock Orders:
In-Stock orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from purchase date.

Shipping: We ship to US addresses only.  Please allow 7-12 business days for the arrival of your package.

Return Policy: We only accept returns for items that are unopened and not personalized.  All custom orders are final and unreturnable.  Please email us concerning your return.  Credit will be issued to your Paypal account after the items are returned or you also have the option to receive a store credit.  Shipping cost for all returned items will be provided by Simply Joy's.  Please email us if you have any further questions or if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
