The brown hat is by Circo and has ruffles and hot pink, blue and green embroideries. The purple plaid hat is by Oshkosh B'Gosh and has ruffle trimmings and a sweet bow in the middle. Condition: Both items are new. The brown hat is new with tags, and the purple plaid hat is new without tags.
