These cables are pretty old and hard to find. They were used to connect a 1 or 2 joysticks to the computer. I think I used them on an old Tandy or IBM. Not sure if they will work on others but they should if you have the male DB9 port.
The computer connecting end is DB9 Female Serial.
The Joystick connecting end is Female DB 15
