Usage

Add one tablespoon (approx. 7.5g) in a glass, add a little milk to make a paste, slowly add a glass of milk (approx 200ml) and mix well. Stir to dissolve the contents completely. Recommended to be taken once daily. Once opened, preferably consume within 1 month. Close the protective inner pouch zip after each use, to prevent absorption of moisture.
