PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
1) We prefer PayPal payment. For other payment methods, please ask us before you buy.
2) An Unpaid Item Reminder will be automatically sent via eBay to the buyers who have not paid in 7 days after buying or auction ending.
3) We send out the item in 1-2 working days after payment has been received.
4) We send the item by air mail via Hong Kong Post. The delivery normally takes about 7-14 business days to arrive in most places around the world.
5) Our prices do NOT include any customs duty or tax.
6) We mark the item as GIFT when shipped, and declare as low value as possible for the customs purpose.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:
7) All of our items are covered with FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase.
8) Warranty covers for defective products only. Physical damage or misuse by customer is not exchangeable. All of our items are well-packed, brand new, never used, not refurbished.
9) If the item is not working during warranty period, please send it back for a replacement. If buyer asks for refund, shipping and handling cost is not refundable.
10) All returns MUST have our prior authorization. Please contact us before you return the item.
11) Buyers pay for the shipping cost to return the item for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the shipping of replacement.
