The KL Box Breakout Box for Kona-LS and Xena-LS connects the analog and digital worlds by offering I/O for both up conversion and Dual Link. This box provides optimum quality for SD and HD, which is the maximum allowed in SMPTE SDI standards. 

The KL Box Breakout Box for Kona-LS and Xena-LS also includes hardware sample-rate conversion on AES inputs eliminating source-synchronizing requirements. As the only card available supporting HD/SD analog I/O, KL Box Breakout Box for Kona-LS and Xena-LS is perfect for not only uncompressed, but also HDV and other diverse workflows.

Audio Support

This unit offers all the audio support you would ever want including native OSX multi-channel audio and 24-bit AES/EBU digital audio at 48 kHz for digital production.

Hardware Sample Rate

This Breakout Box for Kona-LS and Xena-LS also includes hardware sample-rate conversion on AES inputs eliminating source-synchronizing requirements.
