Plugging into the PCI Express slot of any Windows, Linux, or Intel-based Mac computer, the DeckLink Studio 2 is a 10-bit video card that offers both SD and HD compatibility along with a bevy of inputs and outputs, including SDI, HDMI, and S-Video. When your footage is ready to be captured, CineForm's NeoHD will transcode it into a digital intermediate format that's visually equivalent to an uncompressed file--at about 15% the file size. This robust, industry-standard codec is compatible with your NLE of choice, converting source footage into 10-bit HD files (including CineForm 3D) while allowing telecine removal, 24p editing, deinterlacing, and spatial resampling.
