Connect all three units to each of three adapters in one host or connect each unit to an adapter in each of three hosts. Each GPU-Xpander unit can support one, two or three host computers and six double-wide GPUs (see both options in the image at the right). Each host computer must have at least one PCIe x8 or x16 expansion slot available for a host adapter. A host computer that supports all three GPU-Xpander units in one Rack Mount 6 enclosure must have three PCIe x8 or x16 expansion slots available. Each GPU-Xpander unit has its own cooling fan and power supply.   Easy Access Ease out GPU-Xpander Rack Mount 6, remove the top cover and you have access to all GPUs inside. Removing and replacing GPUs or other cards could not be easier.   Secure and Stable PCI Express Expansion Each GPU-Xpander Rack Mount 6 houses six GPUs you can access across the network for graphical rendering or for HPC processes.
