Each alpha-numeric message is displayed on a single line of text of up to twenty characters in length. Messages can be prioritized to allow multiple selected messages to be assigned to the same line number, with only the highest priority message displayed at any one time. The message text can be input manually using the controls on the unit or via a standard PS2 keyboard*.
