 The nVIDIA Quadro 2000D Display Card from PNY is a professional graphics card, compatible with Windows and Linux workstation computers. The card installs in an available PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot. It features two Dual-Link DVI outputs, both of which can drive a high-resolution digital display.

 

The Quadro is designed to accelerate professional applications that are used to produce 3D graphics. Its CUDA Parallel Computing Architecture can be leveraged by many popular programming languages -- including C/C++ and Fortran. This allows you to create custom applications that are tightly integrated with the GPU. The card meets many of the demanding requirements of medical imaging displays.

With the Quadro 2000D's additional DVI connectivity, you can review grayscale patient images with high information volume, which requires resolutions of up to 10MP and bandwidth of two dual-link DVI connectors per monitor.

High Definition and Density of 10/12-bit Grayscale

Detecting abnormalities revealed in patient imagery requires monitor and graphics capability to present extremely subtle grayscale differences only possible with 10 or 12-bits per pixel. With the Quadro 2000D you get 10 and 12-bits pixel packing support over DVI, qualified on industry leading grayscale monitors. In addition, monitor tonal characteristics change over time and vary even between the same models, Quadro 2000D supports DICOM calibration via DVI maintaining gray-level consistency across monitors and over their lifetime.
