This 8" diameter internally balanced Pioneer harmonic balancer fits many 1976-85 Chevrolet passenger car and light duty pickups with 350 cu. in. engines.

Zero timing indicator mark on this balancer is at 11:50 0'Clock position in relation to the key-way at the 12:00 0'Clock position when facing the front of the engine.

This is a stock replacement balancer made from high-strength nodular iron. It replaces GM oem part number 6272222

This harmonic balancer is a stock replacement made from nodular iron. It is brand new, factory fresh stock. 

All Pioneer balancers are manufactured from premium grade nodular (S.G.) iron similar to the highly durable material used in many crankshafts. Both hubs and inertia rings are produced in nodular iron unlike other brands where a nodular iron center may be used with a "grey iron" ring to reduce cost. Inertia Rings are also prone to cracking, particularly where balancing holes are drilled. Nodular iron adds more cost but is well worth the investment through improved performance. Pioneer's Balancers are highly resistant to cracking and wear in the key way and seal area, adding significantly to long-term balancer durability.
