Condition: VTG Mint.  These do not appear to have ever been played.  They are all in their original sleeves. The 6 record set includes the guide book and an advertising flyer to buy more "I Remember Radio" records.  Also, a newspaper clip dated 1981 concerning the death of radio announcer Don Wilson has been slipped inside by the previous owner.
