When a label is created you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number from Paypal. Insurance is not required but is suggested. Once it leaves our hands we are no longer responsible. Payment is expected within 5 days of receiving invoice. If not paid a claim will be filed with Ebay and you could lose your account. So please do not waste my time or your reputation.  We now will only accept Paypal as this is the policy of Ebay. This is not a smoke free enviroment.
