We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched next available post. You should recieve an email to confirm this.

Postage can be combined on multiple purchases, please request a new total, we will then invoice you with a reduced amount to pay.
Many of our lines are Ex high street store stock. This will be clearly stated on the listings.
Many of these lines were originally made for well known high street chains and department stores. For one reason or another, these well known stores cancel all, or part of an order, after they have been made. Reasons for cancellation include over optimistic forecasting or late delivery.
These lines are then de branded, which can include labels cut through or names removed from product.
This in no way effects the quality of these items, just removes the ability to return to the high street!
Items may be returned to us within 14 days of reciept for a refund of purchase price of product. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Goods purchased, which may be of incorrect size can be exchanged within 14 days at buyers cost (subject to stock availability), simply advise us of your intention to return, post back to us and we will send you out a replacement once additional postage costs have been received.
