We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe and fast shipment to you.
All parcels are posted FIRST CLASS!! - Other sellers charge the same for a much slower second class service!
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched next available post. You should recieve an email to confirm this.
Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or e-cheque (e-cheques take approx 10 days to clear).
Postage can be combined on multiple purchases, please request a new total, we will then invoice you with a reduced amount to pay.

Return & Exchange

Items may be returned to us within 14 days of reciept for a refund of purchase price of product. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Goods purchased, which may be of incorrect size can be exchanged within 14 days at buyers cost (subject to stock availability), simply advise us of your intention to return, post back to us and we will send you out a replacement once additional postage costs have been received.
If you require a refund on your purchase, please note we only refund purchase price of your goods.
Postage paid is non refundable as it is a delivery and packing service which once you receive your goods has been provided.
