Shipping policy
- Generally, items are shipped out within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving cleared and complete payment. We use DHL, FEDEX , and UPS. They usually take 3 to 5 working days for delivery to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs clearance.
-We ONLY send the product to Paypal confirmed address if buyer paid by Paypal. Kindly confirm your address before we send it out if you paid by other payment methods.
-The courier company will return the package to us after tried to deliver the product to buyer two times. If buyer request us to resend the parcel, buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage. Above is policy of Courier Company, hope we could get your understanding an attention.
- We strongly recommend postage insurance, we are not liable for any lost items or damage to items during delivery.
- Pick-up is not available - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Import duties, taxes and chargers are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
-In our experience, around 92% can reach to the buyers without any taxes.
-We will try our best to help our buyer to minimize the risk of paying taxes, but you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay taxes.
-If the parcel return back to us due to the buyer refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
-We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time for any reason.
Payment
Australian Buyers
- We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Direct bank Deposit, Bank check, Personal check and Money orders. When using Direct bank Deposit, Bank check, Personal check please don't forget to include your Ebay User ID or item number in the transaction details so we can easily identify your payment. Otherwise we will be unable to identify your payment and shipping will be delayed.
International buyers
- We only accept Paypal payments.
- Winning Bidder must make payment within 4 days following the end of Auction. We cannot guaranteed availability if payment is not received in this time frame.
- Item will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
- If payment has not been made within the specified time, unpaid item dispute will be filed, item re-listed, & blocked from bidding on further item's.
Return Policy
-Our certified technicians will test all item before shipped. If you received a defective item, we will exchange the other brand new replacement within 7 days start from the delivery date. We will responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost. Mail us immediately once you find the products have problem, we will offer you a return number to send back the item, the item won't check and repair without the return number.
-Remark: email us if you find any technical problem during installation. It is really our pleasure to show you and support you. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use. PLEASE check carefully before sending the item back as we won't responsible for all the shipping cost if we found the product is not defected as you described. THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR TECHNICIAN'S REPORT. Mail us before you sending out the products.
One Year Guarantee
-We will offer free repairing service within One Year from the date you purchased. In addition, please kindly fill the guarantee form when you received the product, as warranty will be valid only for those product registered online. Please pay more attention to it. Thank you.
-We will be responsible for one way shipping (from our base to your place).
-As we send back the defective item to the factory, it normally takes time. It depends on the complexity of the technical problem. Please be patient during the time for repairing.
-We recommend buyer to install our products by professional installer and check before installation. Installation fee are NOT included if replacement or repairing is taken.
Broken Item
-We are check all our items before sending out, if you received an broken item or missing item, please kindly keep all the package material, take photos and send to us within 7 days. We ONLY accept those cases reported and provided photos to us within 7 days. We will help you claim damage or lost from courier company. However, the courier company wil take about 14~28 days to investigate the case. So please be patient to wait for the result.
The item's warranty becomes void:
(1) If damaged is cause by: Undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
(3) If the item was opened, removed any part of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
