Shipping & Handling
- We ship to the address shown on your ebay details, please make sure your address is updated.
- Generally, items are shipped out within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving cleared and complete payment.
- We ship worldwide via standard AIR MAIL by Australia Post.Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (Australia) and delivery time to most overseas countries is approximately 14 days.
- Import duties, taxes and chargers are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Postage Insurance
- We offer optional insurance for overseas buyers. We strongly recommend postage insurance, we are not liable for any lost items or damage to items during delivery.
- For Australian customers, we offer optional registered post which is $2.75. This includes insurance to the value of $100.
- A tracking number is available upon request for insured and registered post items.
- Pick-up is not available - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return/Exchange
- Please be sure before bidding as I do not refund for change of mind
- Due to colour variance in computer monitors all customers must allow for possible colour variations.
- Under no circumstances refund for incorrect choice. (this includes colour matching decor).
- Paid Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are NOT refundable.
- We inspect every item carefully before posting them. In case of a defective or damaged item, please report to us the specific problem within 3 days.
- Refund or Exchange is accepted within 3 days after the item is received. No refund or exchange will be accepted after 3 days.
- The returned item should be in its original condition.
- If returned goods are deemed not to be faulty or have been damaged by the buyer, the item will be posted back to the purchaser at the buyer's cost.
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Your refund will be immediately process once we receive the returned item.
Payment
Australian Buyers
- We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Direct bank Deposit, Bank check, Personal check and Money orders. When using Direct bank Deposit, Bank check, Personal check please don't forget to include your Ebay User ID or item number in the transaction details so we can easily identify your payment. Otherwise we will be unable to identify your payment and shipping will be delayed.
International buyers
- We only accept Paypal payments.
- Winning Bidder must make payment within 3 days following the end of Auction. Item will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
- If payment has not been made within the specified time, unpaid item dispute will be filed, item re-listed, & blocked from bidding on further item's.
- All our items come with a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the items for either an exchange or refund.
