"Sweet Pea at the Garden Gate"
************ Signed Print ************
"Sweet Pea at the Garden Gate" is a beautiful watercolor painting. In this painting I've created another pig named sweet pea. She absolutely adores this plant.
I was in my backyard admiring the garden and dreading the vines that have taken over my fence. In the middle of these vines were some beautiful pink, lavender, and bluish toned blossoms. They were sweet peas! The color is so beautiful with the blossom colors and blue green leaves that spike upward. The birth of sweet pea began to dance in my head.
She is making her way down a wonderful field stone path to the garden gate where her favorite flower blooms. This painting is almost a story in it's self. I love the way it turned out.
I love the effect of watercolors. That is why I'm having my printer use watercolor paper to print on so I can add some wonderful water marks to the prints.
Original in "my store" here on ebay.
A must have for any art or pig collector.
