• Each raw M2R shell is prepared with a base coat applied by robotic swing arm technology. After the raw shell is treated it is sanded to remove any imperfections in the shell. The paint process is all done by hand with the highest quality paints. After the paint process is complete; then the clear coat is applied first by a robotic swing arm and then by hand. Each shell then goes thru the ISO9002 certified quality control inspection point prior to assembly.
