Description: It is an Original Antique Print: Not a Reproduction!" It is a lithograph print from Warner and Beers's Atlas of the State of Illinois (Chicago: Warner & Beers, 1876). A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the pics. It is a double sided sheet with prints on each side, so you will have to choose which side to frame. It is printed on a bright heavy page so there is no bleeding through. One side is an advertising page with the Illinois Conservatory of Music in Jacksonville, the Young Ladies' Atheneum in Jacksonville, the Congregational Church in Maywood, the Maywood Hotel, the Leland Hotel in Springfield and on the other side are views of the farms of Robert Summers in Pulaski Co., gilg Schmid in Hardin, James Gowan in Massac, W.W. Evers in Massac, the Illinois Southern Hospital for the Insaen in Anna, Union Co., Cornwall Kirkpatrick in Anna and the Ullin Lime & Rock Works in Ullin, Pulaski County.
Size: The map image measures approximately 12 by 15 1/2 inches on a 14 by 17 1/2" page with a margin all around for matting.
Condition: Both sides are in Very Good or better condition with overall very light tonal aging, otherwise it is very clean with no defects to mention as seen in the pic. Pics are of the actual map and pretty much show all. We do try to match the actual color and quality.

Shipping: $4.80 for Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation in the USA or First Class International to Canada. International buyers add $8 for International Airmail elsewhere in the World or $23 for Priority International, which includes Paypal insurance. Express shipments are based on zone and range from $14.55 to $23.40, actual quote can be given on demand. We use USPS priority due to the security and speedy delivery. Our shipping is based on actual postal rates, which does not include the cost of our packaging materials. We ship everyday including Saturday and most items go out same day if paid by 2 PM. We do our best to ship everything out fast, so if still bidding send us a quick email to hold or better just pay all at once at the end.

Insurance rates: We recommended and offer optional low insurance of $1.70 for up $50, $2.15 up to $100 and $2.60 up to $200, etc... International registration is an additional $10.80. Insurance is encouraged: without it we will not be responsible once item is shipped. Note: Most USA and International Priority shipments are now covered byPaypal, so check your Paypal terms for more information.
