Description: It is an Original Antique Map: Not a Reproduction!" A classic Warner and Beers map with the Banknote border that is much sought after. The map is from their "Combination Illinois and United States Atlas," published in Chicago, 1875. A copy of the title page is included with the map for authenticity. It is a steel plate engraved map with original vibrant handcoloring. The color is superb! Shown are creeks, rivers, roads, schools, churches, plats with names of owners, informative geneology information. Scale is 2 inches to a mile. Also shown are town plans of West Hennepin and Buda and a list of some businesses. Priced to Sell!
Size: The map image measures approximately 13 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches on a 16 by 18 1/2" page with a margin of an inch all around for framing. I have left the binding side untrimmed as collectors desire, so there are binding holes along the very edge, see the pic.
Condition: The map is in Poor condition as one can see from the pic. There is a lot of handling smudging and a general darkening of the map from much use and a couple of short tears. Certainly a rich patina that some might desire. Priced To Sell! The pics are very accurate.

Shipping to Italy: Due to ongoing problems with the Italian Post, an additional $10.80 for Registration plus the cost of shipping is now required for all shipments to Italy with the exception of small prints of low value, ask if you have questions.

Purchase 5 or more maps or prints and receive Free First Class shipping in USA or First Class International elsewhere in the world, although registration may be required on shipments of high value.
International Insurance/Registration: Registration is offered and may be required on all overseas shipments of high value at $10.80, without it we will not be responsible once item is shipped. Registration is required for all shipments to Italy.
International Customs and VAT Fees: It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all Customs Taxes, VAT or other fees that may be due upon arrival. These fees vary greatly from country to country and ebay policy is that the buyer is responsible for their country's taxes and fees. Please consult your country's Customs Regulations for more details on your country, printed matter is duty free in many countries. We declare the full purchase value as required by law. Delays by Customs: Although most items arrive at their destination very quickly, we have no control over how long it takes an item to move through Customs, which can be held for up to six weeks in rare cases.
