Nemuri Kyoshiro Akujo Gari - When a
mysterious ronin poses as Kyoshiro while on a devastating murder spree, he seeks
to anger the sardonic ‘Son of the Black Mass’ enough to cause him to fight a
duel, and determine who is the strongest swordsman in Japan.
Having mastered the
‘Full Moon Cut’ the assassin plans to do Nemuri in with his own technique.
Meanwhile a plot is hatched inside the O’oku or Shogun’s Harem
that could change the legal succession of the next Shogun.
Abortions, assassinations, and seductions are all carried out
with cold efficiency while sneaky Iga Ninja attack using nerve gas, while they
take on the appearance of the Japanese goblins called ‘Tengu’.
Can Kyoshiro survive these vicious attacks, and still be able
to defeat his “Shadow” in the final showdown in the series.
The was Raizo’s last film as Nemuri, he passed away soon
afterward.
