Shinya Tsukamoto wrote, produced, directed, edited and stars in this Japanese thriller. Devastated after his girlfriend commits suicide by shooting herself, a Tokyo TV Director becomes obsessed with obtaining a handgun, an illegal act in Japan.

Trying to acquire a gun, he wanders the Tokyo streets, finding himself caught-up with a violent group of young and vicious punks he becomes involved with Chisato, a female gang member with her own death wishes and is beaten by her street-gang associates. He sets out for revenge -- only to receive more beatings from the gang, which ultimately leads to a bloody showdown.
