Sunshine Policies
Payment: I prefer payment through Pay Pal where you can pay out of your Pay Pal account or use a credit or debit card. I will also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks (personal checks require 7-10 days to clear before item is shipped)
Returns: I will refund 100% of the item's price within 7 days of receipt of item and after you have contacted me with the reason for the return and have shipped the item back to me for inspection.
Shipping: All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment or cleared check.
International Shipments: I will ship anywhere on the planet that the USPS delivers to. I prefer you choose Priority International because I trust the service more but I will ship First Class International if your item meets the requirements. If for some reason there is a difference between the shipping cost quoted by the shipping calculator and the actual cost I will contact you before shipping your item to get guidance from you.
Shipping Insurance: Shipping charges do not include insurance that is the responsibility of the buyer. I will always pack items to the best of my ability to assure the item is received in the manner I would want to receive it, undamaged and as described, unfortunately I can't guarantee what will happen to your item in shipping so I recommend requesting insurance for your item.
Preferred Customer Discount: Return customers will get an automatic 10% discount on any item regardless of being on sale or at regular low price and the only requirement is that you sign up for my weekly news letter that keeps you informed of all the great deals on quality merchandise I have in my store and be a recipient of the news letter when you return.
Communications: I will answer any question within a maximum of 12 hours and usually much sooner. Auctions will be monitored closely and any questions on them will be answered promptly.
