Up for sale is my Refurbished Apple TV 40 GB that was purchased from Apple directly on April 22nd 2009. The model number of my unit is FA711LL/A because it is an Apple Refurbished Unit. I have also added Applecare to this unit and that service can be transfered per the Term and Conditions which I show below. This unit is in perfect condition just like the day I purchased it and I am only selling it because I have upgraded to a 160GB unit. 6. Transfer of Plan
