Do you have a payment or layaway plan?
Absolutely! We know in this economy, the less the blow to the wallet, the better! So just send us an E-Mail at [email protected], and we will work out a payment plan for you.
The minimum down payment is $100 and we can work out the balance in a payment plan that will fit your walet. Your dress is not ordered until it is paid for in full.
If you need to cancel your payments/layaway there will be a 20% cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
If there is something wrong with the quality of your dress, or any other problem that is our fault, you can return your standard size dress (any US Size from our size chart, except over the size of 20) for a full refund. Aside shipping and merchant fees.
In order to get a refund you must mail the dress back within 4 days from receiving it. Starting from the day that you received it. For our protection and yours, there are no exceptions. The dress must be in the original packaging and it must not be worn or show any signs of wear or alterations. You must also contact us and receive a Return Number. This number must be placed on the outside of the return packaging in order to be accepted. If the box does not contain a RN, then you will not receive a refund, and you will get an e-mail asking as to what you would want done with the gown. You may choose to have it shipped back, plus additional shipping, or you would want to leave the gown, and accept no refund. The returned dress must be insured for it's full value through the shipper of your choice.
If you simply changed your mind you can exchange your standard size stock wedding dress for one of equal or lesser value provided that the same terms and conditions for returns are met. You will however be responsible for all shipping fees for both dresses. (around 10$ each)
If you want a refund, we will accept returns on new, untouched, non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns/exchanges on special ordered gowns, expedited gowns or custom made wedding gowns, under garments or evening/bridesmaids dresses. This includes dresses made to specific measurements, and any size over a 22. This also includes wedding gowns made in colors other than Ivory, White or Champagne. It is absolutely imperative that you make sure your measurements are correct. Once a gown is custom made either to your measurements, from a picture or both, in a non-standard color or size beyond a US 22, it is a Final Sale Gown.
Are there any extra costs, that I need to know before buying?
Absolutely Not! When you order a dress from us, the price you see is the price you pay! There are no additional charges whatsoever.
The only extra fee's will be if you order a size over 22, decide to exchange your gown, cancel a layaway, or ship the item back WITHOUT a Return Number!
Other than that, no fee's.
